Reservation Policy
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten and is due upon selection of a kitten, even if pickup or delivery occurs the same or following day.The deposit will be fully refunded if placement cannot move forward due to circumstances related to the kitten’s health, safety, or overall well-being prior to departure.Deposits are non-refundable should the buyer decide not to move forward for any reason, or be unable to fulfill the remaining payment obligation.The remaining balance is due at pickup or at the time of delivery.

Breeding Rights
Breeding rights are available for an additional fee of $1,000 above the listed pet price. Upon purchase of breeding rights, the kitten may be used for breeding purposes. Written documentation confirming breeding rights will be provided by the Seller. The Seller does not guarantee fertility, reproductive performance, or the ability to successfully breed, and such matters are expressly excluded from any health guarantee.

Delivery Option
If delivery is requested, all travel or transport fees must be paid in full prior to departure. Fees are calculated based on distance and the agreed-upon method of travel. All transportation-related expenses are the responsibility of the Buyer.
If the Buyer fails to arrive at the scheduled pickup time, resulting in missed or rescheduled flights, any additional airfare or travel costs must be paid in full prior to the kitten’s release.
In the event the Buyer cancels before travel arrangements have been initiated, any funds paid toward transportation that have not yet been used for airfare or related travel expenses will be refunded. However, once airline tickets or other travel accommodations have been purchased, those funds are non-refundable. The Seller cannot refund monies that have already been expended on travel.
If the Buyer does not appear for pickup or cancels after travel has begun or expenses have been incurred, all monies paid to date—including any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit—will be considered forfeited. These funds will be retained to cover time, travel, airfare, and any return expenses incurred, and no portion of such payments will be refunded.
Cargo shipping is not permitted under any circumstances
